Kimberly brings 20 years of executive experience across nonprofits, higher education, and professional-services firms. As a former Executive Director of Business Operations, she built an HR function from scratch, led a financial turnaround, and redesigned a benefits strategy that avoided a proposed 47% cost increase. At BEKS, she leads client work across finance, payroll, HR, and benefits.
Danielle Oliva

Danielle brings more than 15 years of HR experience helping businesses grow and adapt. She has guided companies through rapid growth and acquisitions, led HRIS implementations, and redesigned pay and benefits programs. At BEKS, she helps clients build HR processes that support their people, strengthen their culture, and keep operations running smoothly.
Brittanie Earnhart

Brittanie brings hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and collections, and she’s fluent in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Salesforce. She keeps client books clean and cash moving, and she’s also a notary public. She is completing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
